一、静脉曲张的症状

静脉曲张分为下肢静脉曲张、精索静脉曲张和外因静脉曲张以及痔疮。以下主要介绍下肢静脉曲张，其发病的原因，跟人们静脉血液循环不畅有关，常见的发病人群主要有孕妇、老年人和从事体力劳动特别是需要久站职业的人，静脉曲张发病后，症状表现十分明显，主要有

首先，腿部青筋突出，腿部的表层静脉血管曲张并凸出皮肤，有明显的酸胀感，腿部和足踝处会有水肿的症状出现。患者很容易因为水肿而出现患肢疼痛的现象，尤其是晚上，疼痛感会更强，早上水肿会消退，疼痛感减轻。

其次，随着静脉曲张病情不断加重，患者腿部的皮肤也会发现改变，比较常见的就是腿部皮肤逐渐变黑，出现脱屑、瘙痒现象，伴有麻木、灼热的感觉，患者也会出现疼痛感。

后，静脉曲张的症状表现除了以上所介绍的以外，具体的症状还表现在静脉曲张的患者很容易出现腿部的静脉破裂引起的大出血。静脉曲张严重的患者会出现溃疡。烂腿、坏疽甚至是截肢，部分患者还会因为静脉曲张形成血栓，引起一系列的血栓病痛，危及生命。

二、静脉曲张的病因西医认为静脉曲张是因为

1、静脉壁薄弱和缺陷静脉壁相对薄弱，在静脉压作用下可以扩张，瓣窦处的扩张导致原有的静脉无法紧密闭合，发生功能相对不全，血液倒流。发育不良或缺失，亦不能发挥的防止倒流作用，导致静脉曲张。

2、静脉周围的器官或肌腱因为炎症或粘连而压迫静脉，引发静脉远端血液回流障碍受阻，就有可能引起静脉淤血曲张。

中医认为，本病乃因先天禀赋不足，筋脉薄弱，加之久行久立，过度劳累，进一步损伤筋脉，以致经脉不合，气血运行不畅，血壅于下，淤血阻滞脉络扩张充盈，日久交错盘曲而成。日久类似瘤体之状。亦有因远行、劳累之后，涉水淋雨、遭受寒湿，寒凝血脉，淤滞筋脉络道而为病。淤久不散，化生湿热，流注于下肢经络，复因搔抓、虫咬等诱发，则腐溃成疮，日久难收敛。

下肢静脉曲张是指下肢浅表静脉发生扩张、延长、弯曲成团状，晚期可并发慢性溃疡的病变。本病多见中年男性，或长时间负重或站立工作者。本病未破溃前屑中医“筋瘤”范畴，破溃后屑“臆疮”范畴。下肢静脉曲张是静脉系统重要的病痛，也是四肢血管疾患中常见的病痛之一。

中医认为形成静脉曲张病因主要有以下五个方面

1、肝肾亏虚素体肝肾不足或房事不节，耗损肾精，精不生血，肝肾亏虚则筋脉失养，加以劳作过度，努伤筋脉，发为本病。

2、寒湿凝滞外感寒湿或嗜食生冷或房事后忍受寒湿，凝滞肝脉，脉络失和，筋脉失养而致本病。

3、湿热淤阻素体湿热或嗜食肥甘，酿生湿热，湿热淤阻于肝脉，脉络失和，发为本病。

4、血瘀阻络情志失和，肝气郁滞，气滞而淤血，淤血阻滞经脉或举重，长途跋涉或频受外伤致使经脉受损，肝络淤滞发为本病。5、气虚下陷素体虚弱，气虚不足或饮食不节，损伤脾胃，脾胃气虚，无以运血失于提摄而发本病。

三、静脉曲张的保健措施

1、搓揉腿肚以双手掌紧夹一侧小腿肚，边转动边搓揉，每侧揉动20次左右，然后以同法揉动另一只腿。

2、高抬贵脚每天将双脚翘起2－3次，平或高于心脏，此时脚、腿部血循环旺盛，下肢血液流回肺和心脏的速度加快，得到充分循环，头部可得到充足而新鲜的血液和氧，同时对脚部穴位、反射区也是一个良性刺激。
